Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched through our courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Lahore City: 1–3 business days

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping delays may occur during public holidays, sales events, severe weather conditions, or due to courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call depending on the courier service used.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.

Wexmor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incomplete address details

  • Invalid or unreachable phone numbers

Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned parcel needs to be re-dispatched.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any such claims, customers must provide:

  • A clear parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • Supporting photos or videos if requested.

Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Wexmor cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
