Return Window
Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and original contents must be included.

Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, physical damage, or mishandling by the customer may only qualify for a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
For any claim regarding:

Customers must provide a clear and unedited parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
No refund, return, replacement, or exchange request will be entertained without a valid parcel opening video.
Return Process
Within Pakistan
Customers must contact our support team before returning any item. Return instructions will be provided after approval of the request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. Exchange requests must be submitted within the return window along with supporting evidence.
